What you see is what you get. Our brand new and certified apartment (License number: 24470/AL) belongs to the most exclusive condominium in the area Santa Luzia Residence. Placed in the ground floor, wheel chair access is facilitated and our shared swimming pool is also at your disposal. We also provide private parking place.

With 75m2 open plan, we provide a living area with a dining table, 4 chairs, a large corner suite, television (flat screen with USB and HDMI connection) with European channels, WiFi, and air conditioning. Our state of the art kitchen is equipped with a hob, oven, fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, a kettle, toaster, microwave and all the usual utensils. You can prepare and taste all Algarve´s fresh specialties: fish, sea-food, vegetables etc. that you can buy in Tavira local market.

If you prefer to take the meal outside, please use our private terrace.

Sleep in our bedroom is a nice experience. Our 1,6x2,0m bed with anatomic mattress provide the conditions to rest and reinvigorates you. If needed our maple will change to a nice bed.

Our apartment fully equipped, with his double swimming pool and his private parking, benefits also from a spectacular location that will allow you to visit our exciting beaches, enjoy bird watching, or appreciate our gastronomy in the surrounding restaurants.

Located at 2,5 Km from Tavira City, 2 minutes by car, or 5 minutes cycling (you have a bike path), and 5 minutes cycling to “Barril Beach”, you can enjoy the calmness of this Village, and be closer to everything you can possible needed.

The apartment is 5 minutes walk to the boat pier to"Terra estreita" Beach .

You can also reach the closer Golf Course (Benamor) in 10 minutes by car.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Manuela (the owner) a message.

If Manuela (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
