The space

A Beautiful luxury front Villa situated on the highly popular 5* Tortuga Beach Resort & Spa. This 4 bedroom / 3 bathroom accommodation is a short distance away from the stunning & famous Ponta Preta Beach on the Island of Sal. The resort itself is managed by the successful company 'Sol Melia'.

Fully furnished, spacious accommodation with a private swimming pool, large sun terrace, private garden and stunning sea view.

This modern villa comprises of a fully fitted kitchen, master bedroom with a king size bed and en-suite, 3 twin bedrooms, 3 family bathrooms, & an outdoor dining area.

Lounge area features a dining table, a comfortable 3 piece suit, as well as a flat screen TV, additional large fridge.

A portable router that can be used anywhere on the Island, providing there is service. You can top it up by yourself in Unitel +. There is an €100 security deposit for the router which is fully refundable if it is returned in the same condition as provided.

Self catering with a fully fitted equipped kitchen including all cooking and dining appliances such as a dishwasher, microwave, oven with hob, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, crockery and washing machine.

Resort offers an all inclusive service which can be booked at reception upon arrival or arranged in advance through our company. Further information will be supplied on request.

Additional facilities include a hairdryer, iron and board.

A cot and highchair can be provided on request, subject to availability. If more then 4 people are staying at the property at the time, a surcharge may apply.

Housekeeping is done prior each guest arrival only.

Please be aware that additional housekeeping service during your stay (towel exchange, bed linen exchange etc) is not included in the rental price. You could request it any time during your vacation for the extra cost.

Why can't I call Ms Tatjana (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

You can pay the remaining balance of your holiday at any point. Simply go to Manage my holiday booking and click Pay now.

We’ll automatically charge the balance payment to the same payment method 10 days before it’s due. Go to Manage my holiday booking to see when the payment will be taken.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Ms Tatjana (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Ms Tatjana (the owner) a message.

If Ms Tatjana (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
