INDEPENDENT VILLA WITH CUSTODY ON THE PLACE The Villa is located at the foot of the Pollino National Park just 5 minutes drive from the sea and the main attractions of the Riviera dei Cedri. For lovers of relaxation who love the countryside and the sea who want to avoid the confusion of the nightlife of the Riviera, beautiful Cottage in the countryside can comfortably accommodate 6 adults. All in a hilly environment from which you can enjoy the wonderful banks of the river Abatemarco and the castle of San Michele can be enjoyed independently through mountain bike trails. The archaeological park is just a few minutes by car, as well as the riding school and other outdoor activities in the Pollino Park. A cake prepared by hand with fresh local eggs will be waiting for you on arrival and coffee and tea will be at your disposal and offered daily by the Host for the duration of your stay. The garden, the barbecue, the ping pong, the billiard and the small pool in the garden are for the exclusive use of the villa guests as well as the large enclosed enclosed space that acts as a parking space. In a totally independent area of the Villa, Massimiliano houses, for any difficulty or request, and to fulfill your every need, it will be available without ever invading the spaces at your disposal and your privacy.     Why can't I call Massimiliano (the owner) before booking?

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

    How can I retract my booking request?

    You’ll need to contact Massimiliano (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

    How do I cancel my booking?

    Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Massimiliano (the owner) a message.

    If Massimiliano (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
