CASA FRANCO NGLESE
We are in Ogliastra, a beautiful region of Sardinia, in the small village Santa Maria Navarrese.
My house is at the center of this small town of 1,000 inhabitants, but is in a private location, overlooking the sea and it will not seem to stay in a village.
The apartment is part of a small building comprising 3 apartments, one on the side and the other upstairs. My apartment is on the ground floor, is completely independent of the others and enjoys great privacy. The house (75 sq.m.), consists of two bedrooms, a large bathroom which is accessed by a convenient hallway with a large built in wardrobe and a living room-kitchen (28 sq.m), which opens with two windows facing the sea and the shaded patio (50 sq.m.) this in summer is the true living room of the house, is in fact equipped with stone benches, lots of pillows, couches, a big and heavy chestnut table and a diffusion system of music.
The house is equipped with everything you need ... a kitchen (both gas and electric) with a powerful extractor hood, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with a small laundry and washing machine ... under the trees in the garden you will find also a shower with hot and cold water.
From the public street the house is separated by a private courtyard with a access by car where you will have the comodity of a private car park in front of the door.
Between the house and the beach is only my garden, with a beautiful green lawn, with many spontaneous trees typical of the region and two old fig trees that never miss their fruits especially in June and September. The beautiful landscape you can see it in the photos. The coast is open to the east and the moon rise from the sea looked from my house is a sight guaranteed and greatly appreciated.
With the shadow of so many trees the house remains cool in summer, in winter enough the fireplace .
In the village there a marina which is about 200 meters from the house, and there are 3 beaches very close, one of them is right under my house, the second is about 100 m the third to just over 400 m is a long beach (more than 5 km), are all within walking distance from home.The sand in every beach is different, more gravel and with beautiful rocks under my house and gradually more sandy in the other beaches

You can reach the beach below my house, past the old tower, built in 1500 against the Saracen pirates, that is close to my house. I do not have direct access to the beach, because the ground is not flat and i have a better privacy. At the port, close to home, where they often mooring my boat to sail, you can find boats for hire for trips along the coast. Near the house there is a place renowned for take-away food which in my opinion cooking good food
Nearby there is also a supermarket, a retailer of newspapers, a pharmacy and everything you need to enjoy a holiday without the need for other means of transport that the slippers or, if you like to swim, a couple of fins...
The Ogliastra surely enjoys the best microclimate of Sardinia, and the surroundings are rich in beautiful landscapes and many interesting places to visit according to your interests tourist, archaeological, historical, social, etc.
The village is very quiet and little visited throughout the year, people are friendly and you can easily make friends, the best months are definitely May / June and September / October with a great climate and few people in the heart of summer there are more people but you will always find some deserted beach nearby.

How do damage deposits work?
