The Serenal house (rent integro) in Santa Marina de Valdeon -Picos Europe- León Spain Situated in the Valle de Valdeon, in the heart of the Picos de Europa, is a house built with the typical mountain-based pidra and wood that does not give up the comforts of the modern day environment allowing users to enjoy anytime of the year. In the house you can enjoy the comfort of your living room and enjoy the fireplace in front of the tranquility of a mountain house ready for the rest of their guests. The view we have around us Picos de Europa are spectacular and certainly saved images on your memory to remember. The garden around the house offers another incentive to relax and enjoy both good "parriladas" on the barbecue, as the views of their radically different environment one season to another. We can also enjoy in the garden of good times with our favorite readings. From the village of Santa Marina de Valdeon, where CR Serenal is, we can start small walks in the nearby mountains or take other routes of most tour of the Picos de Europa, for it will inform you of the different routes that they can perform. The house is ideal for family groups and groups of friends or couples who want a few days off or know the area of ​​Picos de Europa de León.

The meal provided at the restaurant was excellent, all local food and local wine. The service was friendly, I cannot recommend it highly enough.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send David (the owner) a message.

If David (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
