It has a double bedroom, one single room with sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom with shower adapted so you can get a wheelchair. ! Th floor with elevator. Kitchen fully equiped. Lite kall lägenhet vintertid. Mycket bra läge, nära centrum och nära havet. Svag elektricitet, ej flera plattor igång tillsammans med tvättmaskin. Bra värdar.

I am very sorry that you found "a bit dissapointing", regarding the cleanliness of the house. The apartment is cleaned thoroughly every time a guest leaves, it saddens me that they have not found it in perfect condition since I pay the cleaning service to do so. Of course, the sheets and towels are washed every time someone walks, and I have an order to check dishes, cutlery and so on ... I don't know how this could have happened, I imagine you wouldn't notice, but don't worry because from now on I promise to review it more precisely, since it is true that I did not undo the beds to check them inside or look in detail at the cutlery, since they were all stored .. it will not happen again. Please, I would like any other problem you have to inform me at the time to be able to solve it quickly, on this occasion I could also have taken photos to show them to the people in charge of cleaning and that they would have come to solve it I hope you enjoy again of the instance and return to want to return. they would have cleaned and changed

Why can't I call MAITE (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send MAITE (the owner) a message.

If MAITE (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
