The best location, downtown and 2 minutes Wifi beach from June to September and optional rest season (+ 15 €) .Apartamento in urbanization Nautico 1 for 5 people: 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds and 1 with a single bed. Cot available upon request at no charge. Children also protective, and trona fences. Wardrobes in all rooms. 1 spacious bathroom with fully equipped ducha.Cocina: 2 refrigerators, microwave oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster. Secadora.Amplia washing machine and equipped terrace, facing east with direct park view. Very bright without nearby buildings that clog light. Two of the rooms also overlook the parque.Salón with large table for 6-8 people, TV 32 ". Video available rate (+ 10 €). We also have beach umbrella and saddles for guests, and beach toys for children. Private urbanization with 3 pools, which open June 15 to September 15, tennis court, parking.Totalmente accessible to disabled people from the street and from the parking, Environment: ideal for beach location and same time with all the amenities: a 50 meter 24h health center, pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants and terraces. A 5-minute ferry boats to the island of Tabarca from the port Pesquero.No necessary car to get around Santa Pola, nor to the apartment, which is 5 minutes walk from the bus station. The traditional market of fruits, vegetables, clothing, handicrafts, etc. 1 minute walk (150 meters), on Mondays and Saturdays. Rio-Safari about 5 Km. Accessible by public transport. Fairground Pola Park a 10 minute walk. Our guests tell us that the best of apartment is its unbeatable location in the center of everything, next to the beach, yet in a very quiet area where noises do not reach the nightlife, restaurants etc. which it is 2 minutes walk. All of which it allows us to march party and when we want, and in 2 minutes, return to the peace and rest. For the early risers we recommend a walk along the beach early. If you do not go later than 10, you can walk along the shore, in water that comes to you by the ankles, accompanied by small shoals of fish close to shore. Video optional 10 € / stay. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Angela (the owner) a message.

If Angela (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
