If you are looking for a beach destination where every morning you can have breakfast contemplating the sea and enjoying the sea breeze, we present you Sunrise watching Tabarca. It is an apartment equipped with all kinds of comforts and capacity for 4 people plus your pet, since she is also welcome. Dawn watching Tabarca is a petfriendly apartment and admits up to 2 animals per stay. In addition, if your dog is a potentially dangerous breed, it will also be admitted. The apartment is a cozy space located on the fifth floor of the building. Inside you will find a kitchen equipped with appliances, utensils and household items. It has a large living room with access to a large balcony with views from where you can see the sunrise, a beautiful picture that you can not forget. If you wish, you can enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner on the terrace, as it has furniture for it. Here you will also find two bedrooms with double bed, both decorated under a simple design where comfort and rest of the traveler are guaranteed. The apartment consists of a single bathroom with a bathtub and all the essential ones for the stay. The building has several facilities and services for common use such as a parking area for bicycles, cars and motorcycles, a terrace with furniture, shower area and, on the roof, a space to lay towels after a day at the beach. Sunrise watching Tabarca is located in a residential area away from noise and chaos, in addition to having easy access to the beach through a garden that will lead you first to a playground, ideal if in your case you travel with children, and then to the beach, where blue flag coves await you with all kinds of services. One of the advantages offered by the apartment is its proximity to some of the canine beaches of the Valencian Community such as Caleta Dels Gossets, III Cala del Cuartel in Santa Pola, approximately 3 kilometers away and the canine beach of Agua Dulce in Alicante, 8 kilometres

Why can't I call Maria (the owner) before booking?

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

You can pay the remaining balance of your holiday at any point. Simply go to Manage my holiday booking and click Pay now.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Maria (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Maria (the owner) a message.

If Maria (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
