Whether you sit in the loung in front of the ornate fire place filled with lovely candles, or the small courtyard with comfortable seating and a charcoal BBQ.

The kitchen is fully equipped and spacious with a large island wich also serves as the dining table. The bathroom with a large walk in shower and the spacious bedroom with large bed ( 1.80 x1.90 cm). Air conditioning throughout. The windows are ('tilt and turn') tripple glazed and mirrored shutting out any potential noise which is to be expected in a town centre location. It also prevents anyone being able to look into the apartment. A safe is availalbe.

Outside:

A small court yard shared only with one other apartment, with two comfortable outside chairs and low level table, charcoal BBQ.

Large leather sofa, two leather arm chairs, coffee table, orante fire place, wall mounted flat screen TV, DVD player, large ornate wall mounted mirror. Air conditioning unit.

Kitchen:

Fully equipped with ample work space, also comprising, two fridges, washing machine, dish washer, eye level oven, mircowave, induction electric hob, Nespresso coffee machine, food mixer and a large variety of crockery and dishes

Bedroom:

Kingsize bed, (1.80x1.90cm), bedside tables, radio, wall mounted reading lights, dressing table and stool, built in wardrobe, with safe, air conditioning unit. The windows overlook the small court yard.

Bathroom:

Modern Sink unit with open storage, ( hair dryer), WC, wall mounted mirrors, large walk in shower with two adaptions

In addition:

Iron and ironing board, free standing clothes airer, vacum cleaner and other cleaning equipment.
