Estudio 12, Casa vacaciona lcon piscina , casa independiente, situada en Santander, entre la costa y la ciudad, te ofrecerá el confort y la tranquilidad de lo rural sin renunciar a la diversidad urbana.

Con aparcamiento y capacidad de 4 personas, ampliable para 2 en sofa cama sin suplemento , dispone de dos amplias y confortables suits, con jacuzzi o ducha vichi.

El salón con chimenea y cocina americana, con acceso directo a la zona de terrazas con dos porches acristalados con futbolin,zona chill out y al acogedor jardín privado con barbacoa., te abrirá un abanico de posibilidades para el ocio, el descanso, la tranquilidad y la imaginación.

,a su llegada se las proporcionaran las normas de uso y seguridad de la piscina

A 100 m de la casa hay parada de autobus municipal n 3 ,En los alrededores hay restaurantes,farmacia,cajero, gimnasio,spha.. y varios centros comerciales,

En cinco minutos en coche podemos disfrutar de lugares emblemáticos de Santander como el Sardinero, el Palacio de la Madalena, Puertochico, Los Jardines de Piquío, el Gran Casino…. o a travès del autobús municipal con dos paradas disponibles a escasos metros. A diez minutos de las preciosas y carácterísticas playas de Soto de la Marina, Liencres… como Valdearenas y Canallave que pertenecen al Parque Natural de las Dunas de Liencres, Somacueva, Cerrías y Portio, Arnía, Covachos…

no podran subir a las suites ni por las escaleras .
se recogeran los excrementos del jardin,se cobraran 50 e si se deja la casa mas sucia de lo habitual ..pelos pisadas etcc
Se pone a disposicion de nuestros huspedes la utilizacion y disfrute de la segunda cocina en uno de los porches acristalados ,la utilizacion de esta esta sujeta a limpiarla si no 100 e se restaran de la fianza

Nos parece estupendo y estamos encantados de que hayáis podido disfrutar de la casa y en este caso concreto también de las instalaciones anexas como la sala de actos y que junto con el apartamento anexo también hayan podido disfrutar de la navidad toda la familia ...!! A sido un verdadero placer Anque no es lo habitual ya que no se realizan eventos a no ser que sean privados como en esta ocasión y es algo independiente de él alquiler de la casa .
