4 people SANTANDER apartment with modern interior decoration and a large garden with trees. the apartment -bedroom 30m2 with living-dining kitchen and bathroom with shower, Wi-Fi has cable TV and the TV is flat kitchen with microwave fridge dishwasher coffee and induction cooker. The beds are two sofa beds 135cm The apartment is suitable for children's garden has trees 2000m playground swings banks barbecue tables and Balinese bed. The garden is shared by people who rent another house .In this garden live birds and cats. The building is located 3 km from the center of the city, where the ferry docks in England, is 10 km from the airport and 700 meters from the S20. It is connected to the city by 3 lines of buses and taxis. It is located in a quiet residential area, no noise, the neighbors are friendly. Around there are beautiful beaches Sardinero and the Virgen del Mar, the cabarceno natural park and other areas of cultural interest as the Palacio de la Magdalena, Museums and Cathedral .A 40 km is the Altamira Cave

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
