With our holiday homes 40 meters apart, Monte Horizonte is a very safe place to go on vacation. On our 20-hectare property, you can move freely and have privacy, silence and peace. Also enjoy nature and the stars, the sun and the empty beaches, delicious and cheap food and drinks, security and a perfect climate. The electricity supply is entirely solar and wind power. Wi-Fi is available in public areas 24/24.

Five minutes outside the historic city of Santiago do Cacém in the Alentejo, in a domain of twenty hectares, you will find the small eco-friendly complex Monte Horizonte.

Monte Horizonte has six holiday homes, each with its own terrace and a beautiful view. Due to its location close to the Atlantic the climate here is wonderful, a dry heat with a maximum of 32 degrees during summer, which cools to 17 degrees during the night.

Casa Sobreiro T2 is a detached villa with a living room, 2 bedrooms, a kitchen with gas stove and refrigerator. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and washbasin.

It has a satellite TV system with access to free channels such as CNN, etc.

One room has a double bed and the other room has 2 single beds with bed linen.

Bed linen is changed once a week and towels twice a week.

On the porch there are chairs and a table for you to relax.

Conditions:

Children under 7 years old are not allowed.

Children aged 7 and over are considered adults.

Check-in: from 16:00 to 20:00.

Check out: 11.00 am.

It is prohibited to use appliances that use a lot of energy such as toasters, bimbis, electric grills etc.

Why can't I call Bert (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Bert (the owner) a message.

If Bert (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
