Hemos estado cuatro días muy cómodos en un piso amplio, luminoso y tranquilo, con el centro histórico muy cerca. Muy recomendable para la visita a Santo Domingo y su entorno.

Hemos estado muy a gusto . Es un apartamento muy bien acondicionado. La zona ajardinada muy comoda y muy cerca del centro histórico.

El piso está perfecto. La zona es ideal, muy tranquila y cerca de todo. El pueblo es precioso, tienes de todo, menos el agobio de la ciudad. El trato con Ana Belén estupendo.

Siento que mi trato no haya sido de su agrado y que la principal causa de ello fuese el mal entendido con respecto a la hora de salida, la cual aparece al reservar el apartamento, y que debe efectuarse antes de las 12 del mediodía. En cuando a la hora de entrada, viene establecido que se hará a partir de las 15:00 h, y lo lógico es ponerse en contacto con el huésped para saber la hora aproximada de llegada para que el propietario pueda planificar la entrega de las llaves. Respecto al uso del apartamento y su contenido, me he encontrado una de las camas de una de las habitaciones dentro de la habitación de matrimonio, cuando en las normas de la casa ya se indica que no se permite mover los muebles de sitio. Además, a la hora de hacer la reserva, usted detalló que eran solamente 5 adultos. Y a la entrega de llaves, apareció con su pareja y dos niños pequeños y me comentó que estaban a la espera de otro vehículo con no sé cuántas personas más. Y en las condiciones de reserva figura que el apartamento es para 5 personas máximo. En ningún momento, hicieron ninguna consulta al respecto. Cuando se reserva un apartamento, se adquiere el compromiso de respetar todas y cada una de las normas que aparecen en el apartado de normas de la casa.

How do damage deposits work?
