From the owner

Villa Beatrice is a nice single storey villa with private pool , terrace and garden. Its elevated position allows good views of the complex. When you arrive there is a gate from one side to other. At the front of the villa you can enjoy the spacious terrace and the entrance door at the back leads to the interior, where you will find a living room , kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.The terrace has a fence which gives security for the smallest to go to the swimming-pool. It also has an annex with a fourth bedroom with bathroom. The villa is well equipped to ensure comfort and enjoys a privileged location in a quiet area of St. Thomas. - 1 swimming pool with gate at the porche for having children safe ( -If the responsible adults who are staying there keep this gate closed with the bolt shut, and if the children are too young and not strong enough to open the bolt and not tall enough to climb over the gate, then small/young children should not be able to access the pool area.

If any child walks out of the front door and comes around the side of the house to the side that faces the sea (where the pool is) they would avoid the gates and they could then get to the pool.

There are 3 double bedrooms in the first floor (upstairs) all the rooms have airconditioned - upstairs there are 2 bathrooms with bath - 1 bathroom is in the middle of the 2 double rooms, and the other one is next to a separate double room.

Downstairs there is annexed an apartment with airconditioned situated also in the double bedroom, the apartment has an entrance with a small leaving area with a sofa bed where can sleep up two children ) and a toilet with shower.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
