Casa Jean is the perfect location for relaxation and privacy set in the tranquil hills of Mesquita Alta - an ideal location for couples wishing to relax and get away from it all but not far from amenities and good local restaurants.

Casa Jean, which is fully licensed for rentals, is a magnificent recently refurbished detached villa set in a peaceful countryside location with a large fully enclosed garden and a large 10 m x 5 m private swimming pool and magnificent countryside and distant sea views. Enjoy magnificent sun sets on the private terrace whilst enjoying a glass of excellent local wine. Located just 5 kms from the quaint town of Sao Bras de Alportel and close to all its amenities, just a 20 minute drive north of Faro airport and 20 minutes from the beautiful beaches of the Algarve, Casa Jean is the perfect location to get away from it all and enjoy a peaceful relaxing holiday.

Casa Jean is a real "home from home" with beautiful newly decorated and furnished interiors and comprises of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There are two bedrooms on the first floor, a large master suite with a king sized bed and is served by a modern, well fitted bathroom with bath and shower over and has direct access to a private terrace with beautiful countryside and distant sea views. The second bedroom is upstairs and has2 single beds and is served by a modern, well fitted bathroom with bath and shower over and has direct access to a large private terrace with beautiful countryside views and distance sea views. There is a third bedroom available downstairs and has a king sized bed/ceiling fan and has direct access to the outside terrace and is served by a modern shower room and downstairs toilet.

On the first floor is a small inside terrace which is ideal for reading/relaxing and has an amazing view of the hillside and surrounding area.

The villa has electric radiators in all rooms - perfect for Winter rentals (electricity used for heating between Nov and March will be charged extra to the rental cost). April/May bookings are subject to fair usage policy. The living room has a new log burning fire, a new corner unit sofa which comfortably seats 6 people, a large 50" flat screen television, DVD player (with plenty of DVDs)and access to internet connection and Wi-Fi (subject to internet provider service and small fee)

There is a large dining area complete with a dining table and chairs with seating for 6 people. The large modern kitchen is well equipped with plenty of crockery and all the utensils you will need. Meals can be enjoyed in the dining room, or at the large kitchen island in the kitchen, or alfresco as there are plenty of tables and chairs out on the large patio area. Meals can either be prepared in the well stocked kitchen or outside on the large BBQ.

The large pool terrace is completely private and enjoys the magnificent country views to enable total relaxation to enjoy your holiday in an amazing peaceful & safe environment.

Breakage/damage deposit of £350 will be returned within 7 days providing there are no breakages/damage. Any breakages/and damage will be deducted from the deposit. Winter Rentals Nov - March, electricity usage will be charged in addition to the weekly rental price, meter reading taken on arrival and departure. Long Term Winter rentals all utility bills will be charged in addition to the monthly rental price. Apr - Oct fair usage policy will be in place as detailed on the rental agreement.

Why can't I call Sharon (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Sharon (the owner) a message.

If Sharon (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
