Ce sympathique loft peut accueillir idéalement 4 personnes mais peut parfaitement en recevoir 6 si besoin. N'hésitez pas de nous contacter si vous voulez en savoir plus.

Un superbe loft de campagne vous attend en plein cœur de la province sud de l'Algarve.

À tout juste 20-30 mins de superbe plages de sables blanc et accès aux iles de la "Ria Formosa" vous pourrez vous épargner du stress vacancier en vous reposant et profitant du calme de la campagne.

Le loft est situé sur la ferme "Monte das 3 alfarrobeiras" qui conserve des caroubiers centenaires où tous les ans sont recueillies ses fruits, manuellement comme avant. Vous aurez toute la liberté de recueillir figues, citrons, orange, pêches et pruneaux biologique. Sans oubliés nos herbes provençales, typiques de la région.

Nôtre ferme se trouve toute proche de la ville de São Brás de Alportel, Mairie du département de même nom. Appartenant encore à l'Algarve intacte. Vous pourrez visitez ses vielles ruelles et son redécouvert ancien chemin de pierre romain venant depuis Faro sur la côte. Mais aussi ses fontaines publiques dont la "Fonte Férrea" est la plus connue pour être en plein cœur de la montagne avec sa rivière d'eau naturelle.

Connue pour son industrie du liège, le département de São Brás de Alportel as reçut son indépendance justement pour son essors de la production du meilleur liège du monde depuis 1914. Les meilleurs bouteilles de champagne et de vin ont des bouchons qui sont produits et exporté depuis les diverses usines traditionnelle du département à travers le monde.

L'esprit campagne des bâtisses est gardé tout en aillant l'espace ouvert d'un loft pour tous ceux qui apprécies être logé différemment. Aucune dépense n'as été épargnée durant la construction. Cette superbe petite maison à été construites avec les artisans locaux pour marier harmonieusement l'ancien et le moderne en choisissant des matériaux noble comme l'acier et le bois.

En ouvrant la porte d'entrée, vous serez reçut par la vue d'espace ouvert où vous pourrez trouvez la table de diners, l'espace à vivre avec ces deux canapés, ça télévision et son internet wifi et la kitchenette au balcon de brique de terre cuites, qui vous permettra de profiter d'un verre de bon vin tout en aillant un œil sur l'escalier d'épine dorsale métallique. Décor parfait pour avoir un romantique repas.

À partir du rez-de-chaussée une porte vous attend sur la terrasse couverte par un caroubier centenaire.

Un barbecue de terre cuites est à votre disposition, si besoin est de grillé le magnifique poisson frais que l'ont peut trouver sur toutes les villes de pêcheur de la côte de l'Algarve. Espace conçu pour la détente ultime avec chaises longues, parfait pour se détendre sur une chaude après-midi alors que la douce brise de la montagne vous refroidit.

La cuisine de chêne est totalement équipée avec un four, une plaque de cuisson avec hotte, machine à café, grille pain, croque monsieur, frigo. Mais aussi tout les ustensiles dont vous aurez besoins.

La salle de bain dispose d'un très grands douche, toilettes et lavabo spacieux et machine à laver.

Chaque invité trouvera un ensemble de serviettes et savon. Vous n'avez pas à vous soucier de les emporté dans votre sac.

En montant au premier étage le confort du bois vous attend pour vous reposé confortablement sous les combles du toit de poutres de pin des landes.

Le linge est fourni pour tous les lits. L'un d'eux double, pouvant les lits simples se joindre pour former un autre lit double.

Services inclus:

La maison est toujours propres ainsi que les lits qui sont faits pour l'arrivée des invitées. Du linges est laissé et les draps seront changés hebdomadairement en cas de long séjour. Mais nous pourrons changé le linge plus tôt si vous le désiré ainsi.

Savons et serviettes sont également fournit dans la salle de bain.

La cuisine est fournie avec quelques éléments essentiels, notamment: les sachets de thé, sel de mer de la région, quelques épicerie, sucre et café, huile d'olive vierge produit dans la région, vinaigre de vin blanc, et sucre.

Nous gardons un guide touristique local mis à jour pour recommander les meilleurs sites touristiques, restaurants et bars dans la région.

Airport pick up and drop off service - Nous sommes plus qu'heureux de venir vous chercher et vous déposer à l'aéroport de Faro pour un petit supplément (15 €). Veuillez nous consulté à l'avance pour la disponibilité.

Cours de cuisine - La cuisine du sud est connue pour sa diversité et son utilisation de fruits de mers.

Côte / Plage

À 20-30 minutes en voiture des plages et de la côte, vous pouvez prendre un court trajet en ferry ou un bateau-taxi pour les îles d'Armona, Culatra, Farol, Fuzeta ou Tavira. Il n'y a pas de voitures sur les iles et la rivière "Ria Formosa" et la côte Atlantique sont facilement accessibles à pied.

Sans oublié les plages au rocher du ouest de l'Algarve.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Joao (the owner) a message.

If Joao (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
