The lounge is comfortably equipped with cable TV, DVD player and free Wi-Fi. There are also books, games and DVDs to watch that the owner has kindly provided for your entertainment.
There are 3 bedrooms, one has a double bed, another has bunk beds with an additional pull out bed underneath, and the last bedroom has a day bed. A travel cot can be provided. Depending on your needs, the owner has provided fans and heaters in the property.
There are 3 bathrooms, 2 are shower rooms and the other is en-suite to the master bedroom, with bath and shower over. One of the shower rooms is on the main floor.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all you might need to cater for your family and friends during your holiday.
There is a private driveway for the property where you can park your car.
The house offers a variety of furnished outdoor private spaces where you can enjoy the sunshine throughout the day and delight yourself with the wonderful sea views of the Sao Martinho Do Porto bay. The owner has provided a barbecue for your use.

Check-in times are from 2PM to 7PM. If you consider arriving later than that, please check with us first before booking if it will be possible. Arrivals after 7PM, if accepted, are charged € 25.
This property is unavailable for arrivals on the 24th, 25th, 26th of December and on the 1st January (New years day).
On New Year’s Eve, arrivals are possible only until 3pm.
Please be aware that only bookings from guests aged 21 years or older will be accepted.

Any such measures are outside of the control of the owners, property managers and advertisers and as such no compensation can be awarded for any limitations to use. We will however do our best to inform guests with as much notice as possible should we become aware of any restrictions to the communal spaces.
