Casa Azul is an exclusive, detached, luxury holiday villa with pool in a small quality development of villas. The design of the house is very impressive, with high standard furnishings and decor and it enjoys fabulous sea views. The layout is very open and airy with large entrance hall, guest cloakroom wc, very large, spacious sitting room with comfortable sofas and an attractive dining room with stylish dining table and chairs.
There is a large 40" LCD television with cable TV, DVD player and an open fireplace. There is a modern, spacious fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, breakfast table and stools and serving hatch to the dining room and a laundry room with washing machine. Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom, and a twin bedroom with sliding doors to pool terrace. Both of these bedrooms share a large bathroom with corner bath and twin vanity units.
Overlooking the sitting room is a minstrels gallery which leads to the other two bedrooms, and a door to a huge private sun terrace. There is a large master bedroom suite with King size bed, en-suite bathroom with corner bath, shower and twin vanity units. This bedroom also has a door to the large sun terrace overlooking the garden, pool and sea. The other bedroom has twin beds and patio doors to a private sun terrace overlooking the pool and garden. It also has an en-suite shower room.
This luxury villa is completely enclosed with private gates, there is a driveway and covered car port. The beautiful garden is well landscaped and has lawned grass and sun terraces around the large 10x5m swimming pool. There is a covered dining terrace and a built-in barbecue for your al-fresco dining.
This is a perfect location to enjoy the delights of the local beaches and restaurants in the area and very near to all local amenities. Strongly recommended.
