A Beautiful RENOVATED BEACH apartment prepared for 6 people at walking distance to 2 wonderful beaches!

This simple but beautifully decorated beach apartment finds itself in a wonderful condominium that offers you 2 big swimming pools that are surrounded by sun shades and sun lounges for the whole family!

There is also a coffee and bar lounge around the pool which also serves meals. Bathrooms with indoor and outdoor showers are located next to the pool.

Casa Carmen is at walking distance, 4 minute walk, to 2 beaches.

There are restaurants at the beaches and all around the condominium.

You can also find a coffee shop ,bar and a grocery shop nearby , all at walking distance.

The Albufeira Marina is a 20 minute walk where many more bars and restaurants including summer parties are located. Some take the open top mini touristic bus and in 2 minutes you arrive at your destination.

The open top touristic mini bus operates as a hop on hop off. It can pick you up also near the studio and and can take you around all of Albufeira to other shops, restaurants, bars, more summer parties and beaches!

As you can see, no car is needed!

Casa Carmen shows the absolute taste in details.

The living room and dining room complete the space nicely, furnished with a very comfortable sofa bed,table and chairs + TV .

The living room has a door window that leads us to a great terrace with table and chairs + bbq overlooking the gardens and beach.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliance needed.

It has a 1 big bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a built in wardrobe and your own "powder your nose" space.

The second bedroom has 2 single beds, built in wardrobe and space .

The bathroom is spacious and also beautifully decorated with a walk in shower .

All the ground floor apartments have a bonus. They are always nice and cool inside during the summer weather. Never needing air conditioning in the summer.

Wi fi is available in the pool area.

Casa Carmen has been off the market for 3 years and just getting back for holiday rentals this summer. It was rented out also through other local agencies so no reviews have been posted lately through this site.

You lack of nothing to spend a great relaxed and comfortable vacation with family and friends !

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
