Wide and airy House with 3 bedrooms, ceiling fans in rooms including balcony, living room with cheerful decoration and TV 50 ', furniture and mattresses in great condition (semi new), large kitchen equipped with stove, refrigerator 6 duplex, pots, Water Purifier, microwave, mixer, etc. In the service area, washing machine and dishwasher. We have a shower with fresh water shower. Anyway, comfortable and bathed in natural light all year.

Completely surrounded with hedges and fences having 700 meters of total area and gardens of native plants: you sleep listening to the sound of the sea and wake up with the singing of the birds. We're about 70 meters from the sea river junction, close to the beach and 600 mts from the beach of the whale, beach water considered excellent for bathroom displays and the square meter most expensive region, attended by traditional families in Sao Paulo.

Barra do Sahy offers leisure options like walking the Islands, very beautiful place and facilities for day to day, as markets, pharmacies (with home deliveries) and great restaurants offering cuisine worthy of the regulars of the place.

The chapel bridge is another access to the sea, with very nice walk with natural surroundings and the whole area is lit up at night.
