Description

A 4 bedroom mountain house with amazing lake and mountain view which comfortably fits up to 9 people with 4 double and 1 sofa beds. Our house has a huge covered verenda at the backyard which also has lake view with the built in barbeque and fireplace inside the living room.

The mountain house is in the most beautiful area of Sapanca, just 5 minutes away from both the centre of the town center and the highway.

The mountain house has 4 bedrooms (all double), 1 bathroom and 2 WCs. The highly comfortable living room and fully equipped kitchen along gives you a amazing living and dining area.

All bedrooms are equipped with fresh and neatly cleaned towels and bedding textiles. We provide air conditioning in every bedroom and living room powered by Daikin.

In the mountain house you will have everything you need in perfect condition. Heating system, hot water, security cameras are working perfectly. Private parking lot with a remote controlled door is also available for our guests.

Inside the house is non-smoking area but guests can smoke at the balcony and garden area.

If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to contact.

During your stay there is a locally available helper within a 5 minute distance from the property who lives close by for your any request 24/7.
