Located one block from Sarasota Bay in the Ringling Museum area, we're a perfect choice if you're seeking a walkable friendly and great location. You'll enjoy a fenced in yard with complete privacy. Enjoy off street, covered parking for your convenience. If you have an electric vehicle, be aware there is no outdoor electric available in the carport.

We list this as a guest house for 2 adults. However the Queen pull out sofa can accommodate 2 children. Please contact us with any questions- we're here for you.

It's a great community for walking, dog walking, jogging, biking and spectacular sunsets. Located 5 miles from the Gulf, 1 mile from the airport and 9 miles from Interstate 75 if you're driving in.

It has 3/4 vaulted ceilings and offers a new queen size bed and a queen pull out sleeper with a memory foam mattress for your comfort. The kitchen has everything you'd need should you have an extended stay.

There's an outdoor seating area with loungers and another with upright seats. A new fence (2023) surrounds the yard for your furry loved one to run free.

There is a Starbucks, supermarket, liquor store, Walgreens and CVS Pharmacy within 1/3 of a mile. Very sought after location with easy access to RT 41 (Tamiami Trail.) Not driving? No problem, public transportation is 1/3 of a mile walk as well.

We ask that you specify any special needs you may have. There is one step up into the bathroom hosting a nice sized shower having new fixtures, bath vanity etc.

Dogs are our friends and are welcome (a refundable pet deposit required.) Guests will be responsible if your little friend damages anything.

We provide your first couple of nights with Starbucks coffee, paper towels and other paper products. We have sugar and substitutes available as well as some spices for your cooking convenience. No indoor smoking but ashtrays are available for outdoors. Please let us know if you need one.

We keep our interaction to a minimum for your privacy. We are always available to answer any questions you may have like "where to go, what to do" if you've never been to Sarasota before. Once you are here you can phone or text us with your inquiries. It’s not that we don’t want to get to know you, we do! But we want to respect your space. You're on vacation and deserve some R and R without interruption.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Sue (the owner) a message.

If Sue (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
