-The House is at Downtown(2 mins), 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, 1 futon, 1 sofa, living room, kitchen and utensils, refrigerator, microwave, stove, Wi-Fi, smart-tv, washer/dryer, linens, towels, playground, charcoal grill, pet friendly, fenced yard, parking, self check-in/out.

-Close to shops, restaurants, bay, Lido beach(5 mins), Siesta key(10 mins)

-Perfect for couples, families, groups, can host up 7 people

-The house has a small back efficiency

-Always make sure to put the correct guests number when booking and let us know when you bring pets by the reservation time.

-The house is located just two blocks from the downtown area, where you can find a lot of shops, restaurants, museums, galleries, theaters, parks, the bay and lots of nightlife, being a safe place.

-This is a humble place but very clean, with everything to have a pleasant stay at an affordable price, please do not expect a five star hotel.

-The house is private and no one else will be there, only the guests who made the reservation.

-Parking on the driveway in front of the house, large parking to park several cars.

-The house has a small efficiency in the background, it's a long rent for 2 people(wife and husband), efficiency has its own entrance, therefore this property was divided in two units so the large unit(front) will be your place.

- The house has 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom has a king size bed, the second bedroom has 2 full size beds and the third bedroom has a queen size bed, also there is a futon in the living room and an air mattress, those can be used for sleeping, we provide the bed linens.

-Desk and chair set in case you need to work from home, simple computer desk and office chair, internet speed is 100 Mbps.

-We provide 6 bath towels, 4 beach towels, 6 washcloths, 2 hand towels and if you need more during your stay  just let us know.

-We provide glasses, plates, cups, silverware, utensils and basic kitchen elements.

-Also there are some cleaning supplies in case you need them.

-The pet fee is $80 USD, but remember, this fee does not cover any damage caused by your pets or laundry service in case pets sleep in beds, furniture; also in this house we can accept a maximum of  two pets and so you know we provide a pet bowl for your pet during the stay.

-Backyard with charcoal grill to use during your stay.

-For long stays we do extra cleanings at no cost to you, as a courtesy and to keep the place clean mainly when you bring pets.

-Everything in the house can be used, kitchen, living room, dining table, yard, BBQ charcoal grill, playground, etc., just take care of the house as it will be yours, don´t forget to read house rules, and please don´t turn off the internet router.

-There is a futon that can be used to sleep, we also provide the linens.

- Also there are some cleaning supplies in case you need it and don't forget to lock the door and put the keys back into the lockbox when you check out

-Always walk to the sunset way or bay side where you will find a lot of fun and beautiful places.(Sarasota Bay, St. Armand's Circle and Beaches).

It is 5-10 minutes away from the Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport.

We are available by text, email, by phone or in person almost anytime, we live 5-10 miles away and we work during the day-time. We will guide you with many years of living in Sarasota so drop me a note or let me know what you are interested in. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Fernando (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
