This luxurious two-bedroom is a lock-off "in-law unit" in the lower level of the house with private entry. It features a spacious sauna for your exclusive indulgence!

The bedroom 1 has a king-size super comfortable Simmons Beautyrest bed. The bedroom 2 has a full-size bed with extra cushion top and Egyptian cotton down blanket.

The spa-like bathroom has a tub, and is adjunct to the sauna room. Relax in your private sauna after a day's work or play!

The large family room has a fireplace, TV with cable, and a stereo system. A queen-size sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress can easily accommodate two guests without sacrificing the comfort of sleeping in a bed.

The kitchenette has everything you need for simple cooking. It's equipped with toaster oven, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. A microwave with Inverter technology allows you to cook evenly anything from breakfast to appetizer to dinnertime meals. Guests can also use our outdoor Weber gas grill (with stove) to cook your favorite food while enjoying California weather.

Tab water is drinkable with our state-of-art water purification system.

In the resort-like backyard, a 1000-square-foot deck terrace is nested in redwood and cedar trees. Two fountains, one outside your bedroom windows and another in the backyard, give soothing sound from morning to evening. Immerse in nature's healing energy and just relax and enjoy!

The house is built on a slope such that the upper level of the house (where my husband and I, plus our little dog are living) is at the street level, and the lower of the house (where you will be staying) is at the level of the deck and backyard. Your private entry is located at the side yard. The suite is very quiet and peaceful, but you may hear us upstairs.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Helen (the owner) a message.

If Helen (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
