Cet appartement de luxe de 75m2 situé juste à côté de la Maison de la Boétie vous plonge dans une atmosphère élégante et apaisante tout au long de l’année. (Appartement climatisé).

Le séjour de 55m² avec vue imprenable sur l’Eglise Saint-Sacerdos est équipé d’une TV écran plat Smart de 117cm, d’un système hifi Bose dolby pro logique avec 5 enceintes murales et caisson de basse et d’un amplie Onkyo dernière génération. Connexion Bluetooth.

La vue depuis le salon vous permettra également de profiter de toutes les animations qui animent la ville en évitant la foule. L'équipement phonique vous permettra au contraire de passer un séjour agréable à l'égard des bruits, si vous préférez calme et tranquillité.

La cuisine ouverte entièrement équipée comprend un frigo, un four, un four à micro-ondes, 4 plaques chauffantes et un lave vaisselle.

La chambre équipée d'un lit 160 cm (ou lit double queen size) a été décorée avec goût afin d’offrir une ambiance cosy et chaleureuse. Un placard intégré a été pensé afin d’y ranger tous vos vêtements et valises.

Vous serez séduits par une salle de bain très moderne équipée avec cabine de douche à l’italienne, WC, radio et système sonore intégré.

This spacious 75sqm apartment is fully climate controlled and comes with free Wifi access.

The large living room (55sqm) offers a superb view over the Saint-Sacerdos Church – the very heart of Sarlat. It incorporates a fully equipped open plan (American) kitchen (separated from the living area by a breakfast bar) with fridge, oven, microwave, 4 hotplates and a dishwasher.

The living area is equipped with the latest electronics – a 117cm Smart flat-screen TV and Bose Hifi surround-sound system (with Bluetooth connection/access).

The separate bedroom (12 sqm) comprises a 160cm queen size bed (or twin-beds) and high quality furnishings (including some antique pieces). Complemented by subtle, but effective lighting, the ambience is both warm and elegant. At a more practical level, the large built-in wardrobe allows you to store your cloths and luggage.

*Extra single beds can be added on request: extra of 25 euros (per beds - including bath linen and sheets).

Finally, you will be seduced by the state of the art bathroom (11sqm), equipped with an Italian shower cabinet, large vanity, WC and integrated sound system.

• Towels, shower gel, sheets, hair dryer, kitchen accessories, etc are provided

• An ironing board with iron and a washing mashing are at your disposal

We handle the final cleaning but an extra of 60 euros will be required

• A secure garage parking (accessible 24 hours via electronic gate sensor) situated just 500 meters from the apartment (5 rue Louis Mie) is also available should you require it (including in total amount – no extra for car park) ; very useful as from June 1st you will not be allowed to access the medieval city center by car.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Marc (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
