A stylish and comfortable apartment in the middle of one of the most characteristic villages of Tuscany can serve both to those who love visiting areas known (a few minutes in fact you can easily visit jewels like San Casciano, Cetona, Montepulciano, Pienza, Bagno Vignoni, San Quirico, Montalcino), both to those who prefer a relaxing holiday enjoying the nearby thermal baths of Chianciano and the municipal swimming pool sarteanese or visiting the many places of art and history of the village. Our cozy apartment is newly renovated and furnished to a style of comfort with respect for the place where it stands. With its entrance next to the main square (Piazza D.Bargagli), it keeps some details, such as the staircase, the ancient monastery that was built there since the fourteenth century. With a view of the courtyard of the church of San Francesco on one side and the other on the communal gardens, immersed in an atmosphere of peace and pleasant atmosphere, you can spend intense days of relaxation. The central and strategic location also allows the visit of the best places in our village and the famous coastal areas.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    If Claves Claustri (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
