Our unique Complex consists of the modern Luxury Villa settlement named Mountain Village and Sports and Wellness center Academy Sport Camp, situated in the prestigious and picturesque area among mountains of Silver Lake, just 10 minutes from Pattaya and close to a gorgeous white sandy beach.

The location offers countryside living where you can stroll through the scenic vineyards, take a boat onto the beautiful lake and offers lovely views of Golden Buddha Mountain. With close proximity to Sai Kaew Beach - the military beach, famous for its turquoise water and white sand and Ramayana Water Park, world’s famous Nong Nooch Tropical Gardens and the Dolphinarium.

Our high-tech Luxury 2-5bedroom Pool Villas are fully furnished and designed for your comfortable living. All room are Air-conditioned and with Private bathroom, European Kitchen: dishes set, microwave, fridge, washing machine, stove etc.

How do damage deposits work?
