Great house with excellent location in Saumur. At Quiet and 5 minutes walk from the city center, the Loire and the train station. The house is detached, it has a large living room, 6 refined rooms, a flat screen TV lounge and relaxation area with pool table and lounge. The pool is completely private indoor, heated all year. You access the interior of the house (since the relaxation area). No need to get! It is open to the garden and solarium. The indoor pool will allow you to swim it rain or shine, all year, and the schedules you want even for a midnight swim! The exterior offers 2 terraces facing south, garden, deck and barbecue, garden and private parking spaces.

How do damage deposits work?

If Célia (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
