Set in a tranquil hamlet, yet easily accessible from the A10 and 5kms from the market town of Sauze Vaussais, this comfortable farmhouse is ideal for family holidays. With a large terrace and BBQ ( charcoal / gas) for al fresco dining and a private gated pool (12m x 6m with shallow end), outdoor living is the order of the day. Adjoining the pool area is a covered stone barn where table tennis, basketball and swingball may be enjoyed.

La seule correction est que le propriétaire et l'agent sont fiers irlandais et très sympathiques!! We appreciate the comments and will endeavour to get more precise mapping location Be assured that we will improve sleeping comforts for 2021 We always believed the location was beautiful, quiet and still close to amenities and with lovely gardens- great to have a guest say this for us! Dear Helen Kew Thank you for your review and as owners we are sorry that some things you felt fell below your expectations We will fully review all our stock and contents and upgrade as necessary, something we having been doing year on year. Our aim is always to provide the best possible facilities etc for all the guests who visit our farmhouse. We thank you for acknowledging the many positives in your review Always there is a risk of something arising that is difficult to avoid happening and flies were once such problem in France this year with the very hot weather . As owners using the house during these times we have found that the "sticky pads", while not pretty, have been the most effective. Lastly it was with great regret that we applied to TripAdvisor for some compensation to offset some of the cost of replacing some damaged and broken items etc, which we are sure was not intentional. This is a first occasion as owners to have done so Again, thank you for the feedback.
