Fully furnished holiday gite with many original features complete with modern amenities providing spacious accommodation in beautiful countryside location. The property is situated in approx. 2.5 acres of garden with plenty of space for children to play safely, together with an above-ground pool with decking area. Many other outdoor toys & activities available.

The gite has an open-plan kitchen, dining room and living room downstairs. There is a staircase leading from the living room to the mezzanine bedroom with a low original oak beam and en suite facilities. Also downstairs are 2 double bedrooms, shower room and separate W.C. Extra beds and travel cots can be provided if required..

Nearest shops and restaurants approx. 5kms away in Sauze-Vaussais.

    How do damage deposits work?

    If Cyril & Agnes (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
