From the owner

Gorgeous Victorian home boasts 1785 sq ft that has been updated with an eceletic theme, in the heart of Savannah. Leaded glass windows, lush yard, pocket doors, and plenty of amenities. Located within walking distance of Forsyth Park, SCAD, Gingerbread House, cafes, coffee shops, local restaurants and the Historic District. The house has 4 bedrooms, heart pine floors, 11 foot ceilings, citrus trees, private fenced yard, cable, WIFI, washer/dryer. We also have security, as my husband is in law enforcement, so we have outside cameras, motion lights and a great police presence in our neighborhood. I have seen many young college women walking in our neighborhood alone late at night without any worries. As this is a city, I would recommend driving at night or taking Uber or a taxi. Although it is safe, it is a city, and I would use regular caution, especially if you are new to Savannah. Our diverse neighborhood is also undergoing renovations, but is usually a quiet place, with several homes that still need working on. We just put a new roof on ours as well! This is a great spot for corporate rentals, tourists, and monthly rentals. We offer 30,60 and 90 rental options for corporate, SCAD students and foreign tourists, as well as regular tourists to Savannah. We do not allow commercial business to be done in our home unless guests obtain prior written approval.

Love this 4 bedroom home. Everything you need for a great stay. Plenty of room for large family. This is the second time we have stayed here and we love the area.

First of all, thank you for staying with us! We are glad you enjoyed our cat and some of the house. I think it is only fair to state, I do leave left over shampoos from previous guests as many people have been glad to use them when they have forgotten theirs. I also provide travel size bottles that are brand new. As for the razor, well, I do live in the home, so I also use tge facilities. The spices you looked at were not in fact expired, I reused the bottles as I grow my own spices every year from my little garden in the back yard. In fairness, I never looked on those bottles to see if there were dates since I knew the herbs were fresh but it is a good lesson to me . We wish you all the best and happy holidays!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Shana (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
