Il Podere si trova in una posizione panoramica, tra gli uliveti e i vigneti

delle colline della Maremma Toscana, a 25 minuti dal mare e da Saturnia, 30 dal Parco dell'Uccellina.

Situato nel comune di Scansano, noto per il Morellino, vino rosso DOCG prodotto nel territorio circostante, punto di partenza ideale per raggiungere alcuni dei borghi più belli e caratteristici: Montemerano, Magliano in T. , Manciano, Saturnia, Pitigliano, Sorano, Sovana e Capalbio.

Il mini appartamento indipendente misura internamente 18 mq ed è situato in giardino di fronte al casale. Dispone di un nuovo angolo cottura ben attrezzato, nuovo divano letto matrimoniale con materasso alto, armadi, bagno ristrutturato con ampio box doccia, wc/bidet integrato, TV, wi-fi e climatizzatore a pompa di calore(freddo/caldo), nuovi infissi con zanzariere, tavoli ombreggiati all'aperto.

Disponibile, con un supplemento di €30 a persona al giorno, la camera matrimoniale 1 con bagno privato e ingresso indipendente dal giardino e che si trova all'interno del casale. Misura 14mq e dispone di un letto matrimoniale con topper, divisibile in 2 letti singoli ed un letto a sommier singolo, tv, wi-fi, bagno con vasca/doccia. L’ingresso è la porta a sinistra nella foto dell’edificio principale.

Per le coppie (2 persone) che la richiedono oltre al miniappartamento, serve modificare il numero di persone da 2 a 3 nel preventivo.

Tutte le finestre hanno la vista sul giardino e sono dotate di zanzariere.

Piscina fuori terra (dimensioni 410x200x120).

Nella proprietà non ci sono altri ospiti in affitto oltre gli affittuari di questo appartamento.

Circondato da un ampio giardino esposto verso il mare, sempre ben ventilato anche in estate, con vista sul Monte Argentario all'orizzonte.

In 25 minuti potrete arrivare alla spiaggia della Giannella, poco dopo ci sono l'Argentario, Talamone e la spiaggia dell'Uccellina, mentre dirigendovi verso l'interno sarete alle rinomate Terme di Saturnia in 25 minuti.Poco distante dal Podere il fiume Albegna, che con le sue acque temperate vi offre la possibilità di gradevoli bagni estivi.

Non è possibile ricevere amici ospiti esterni, per visite, cene o bagni in piscina, se non come eccezione e comunque solo dopo accordi con il proprietario.

I proprietari, Luca e Federica, abitano al piano superiore.

Desideriamo alcune informazioni sugli ospiti: paese o città di provenienza e componenti del gruppo per la preparazione dei letti.

Per arrivare è necessaria l'auto. Gli ospiti avranno a loro disposizione un comodo parcheggio all'ombra di una pergola.

A 6 km, nella località di Pomonte, si trovano un ristorante pizzeria, un bar tabacchi, un supermarket con prodotti del territorio ed una chiesa.

A 150 mt si trova l'agriturismo dei nostri vicini, dove potrete gustare la cucina tipica maremmana, dalla prima colazione alla cena a prezzi convenzionati.

Nel caso abbiate amici a 4 zampe è necessario prendere accordi in anticipo con il proprietario. Si accettano cani solo di piccola taglia e gatti, solo se di buon carattere. Sono previsti Euro 30 extra per le pulizie finali, da pagare al vostro arrivo in contanti, per animali che dormono nell'appartamento.

    Christina e la sua famiglia sono ospiti perfetti, mi ha fatto molto piacere conoscerli e ospitarli. Sensibili, discreti, simpatici e affabili. In sintonia con la natura e sempre in cerca di posti nuovi da conoscere nel territorio: spiagge, borghi... Affettuosi con il cane e i gatti, che hanno gradito le attenzioni sopratutto dei tre ragazzi e approfittato della loro disponibilità al gioco. Hanno lasciato la casa e la cucina ordinatissime e pulite, senza traccia del loro passaggio. Spero di ospitarli e incontrarli in di nuovo. Sempre benvenuti!

    How do damage deposits work?

    If Luca (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
