L'Atelier si trova nella casa-studio dove abitano i proprietari, l'artista Mauro Corbani e sua moglie Laura,ed è caratteristica per l'esterno faccia a vista con interventi decorativi contemporanei a bassorilievo e l'arredamento con opere d'arte originali, che si possono ammirare anche nel giardino di sculture vista mare a disposizione degli ospiti.

La casa, di rilevante importanza storico-artistica, si trova nel centro storico di Scarlino, un borgo medioevale in collina, affacciato sul golfo di Follonica nella costa Toscana della Maremma, una zona ricca di storia e di siti etruschi, di bellezze artistiche e naturali. Il porto è a pochi chilometri dal centro. A pochi passi dalla casa si trovano parcheggi liberi. Le spiagge sono raggiungibili in auto in 10 minuti.

L'Atelier (56 mq) è un appartamento con ingresso indipendente dal vicolo che porta al castello, è composto da una camera vista mare e giardino (per 2/3 persone), un'altra camera (per 1/2 persone), bagno, un soggiorno con cucina e balcone con vista giardino. In un ambiente tipico toscano, l'arredamento contemporaneo e le opere d'arte creano una piacevole atmosfera molto originale. I letti sono comode poltrone letto componibili: si possono avere sia letti doppi che singoli per un totale massimo di 5 posti. Il giardino è condiviso con gli ospiti dei nostri 2 appartamenti, ma ciascuno ha uno spazio esclusivo con panche e tavolo dove potere anche consumare i pasti, sdrai e lettini per rilassarsi.

Si possono visitare gratuitamente gli studi dell'artista e assistere alla realizzazione delle opere. Corsi d'incisione calcografica a pagamento, su richiesta.

    How do damage deposits work?

    If Mauro e Laura (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
