If you love tranquillity, nature and beauty, Corte Pantesca is the perfect retreat for you. Corte Pantesca, Pantelleria belongs to Villa Italy a collection of exquisite privately owned Villas in Italy.

Villa Italy's Corte Pantesca 1, Pantelleria offers you 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a vast land around, a fantastic pool shared with Corte Pantesca 2 and a great outdoor shower with hot water.

You could also rent Corte Pantesca 2, another gorgeous dammuso part of our Corte, with a capacity for 4 more people. Ask us and we will tell you more.

Ideal for one or two couples (or up to 4 couples if you rent Corte Pantesca 2) or a family seeking relaxation. It is private, spacious and peaceful.

Corte Pantesca 1 is composed by two distinct buildings united by a "cannizzo", the typical local open air shaded patio with broad views into Pantelleria’s wild nature and the sea.

Two separate house bodies, one with a sea-view master bedroom (king size bed) and bathroom; another with a kind size bed (160x200) with bathroom.

Lazying on the patio or on the pool, reading books or taking siesta, and for your meals the BBQ area will be just perfect to grill the delicious products that the land of Pantelleria offers. The kitchen is equipped with the essentials. You can dine under cover in the "cannizzo" or out in the garden under the stars! And if you want to experience the local cuisine, let our restaurant guide inspire you with one of the many restaurants on the island.

Grazie mille Alice. Siamo felici che trovi il dammuso incantevole e comodo. Curiamo molto questo aspetto e poi la piscina, la vista mare e i tramonti fanno il resto. Why can't I call Paola (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Paola (the owner) a message.

If Paola (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
