Wohnraum:

Unser Ferienhaus auf Rügen hat einen kleinen Vorgarten mit der schönsten Terrasse des Ortes mit Blick auf den schönen Naturhafen - Sie werden das in der abendlichen Ruhe des Ortes ganz sicher genießen. Aber auch die großzügigen Terrassenflächen für alle Ferienwohnungen des Kapitänshauses hinter dem Ferienhaus sind ein Genuss; von hier aus blicken Sie auf die ab Ende des 12. Jahrhunderts (!) erbaute St. Johanneskirche, die abendlich angestrahlt wird. Für jede unserer Rügen-Ferienwohnungen ist ein PKW-Stellplatz auf dem Feriengrundstück vorhanden. Das Ferienhaus wurde im Winter 2013 sowie im Frühjahr 2014 einer kompletten Modernisierung unterzogen, z. B. alle Bäder und Möbel sind ganz neu und alle Ferienappartements haben eine moderne Einbauküche.

Zugang für Gäste:

ca. 30 m², Dachgeschoss (= 1. Etage). 2 kleine Schlafzimmer, jeweils mit Tandembett (Einzelbett mit zusätzl. herausziehbarer Liegefläche in Normalgröße 2,00 x 0,90), ein Wohnzimmer mit amerikanischer Küche. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt zudem über ein gemütliches Schlafsofa (Liegefläche 1,60 x 2,00). Bad mit DU, ZH, Flachbildfernseher, Terrassennutzung (Grill), Gefriertruhen.

Stadtteil-Übersicht:

Das Haus liegt in exponierter Lage neben der gotischen Kirche mit direktem Blick auf den Hafen und zur Insel Öhe. Der wunderschöne Ort Schaprode ist viel, viel mehr als das Tor zum „söte Länneken“, der Insel Hiddensee (mit dem Wassertaxi ist man vom Schaproder Hafen aus in wenigen Minuten auf „dem süßen Ländchen“ Hiddensee). Schaprode auf Rügen ist in mannigfaltiger Hinsicht einzigartig: Der Ort hat einen der wenigen Sandstrände im Westen der Insel Rügen zu bieten (von uns aus nur ca. 150 m); der Strand ist ideal für Familien, da der Sand nur sehr seicht ins tiefere Wasser abfällt (ideal auch für Surfer). Desweiteren haben wir einen der wenigen Naturhäfen der Insel. Unser Ort mit der kleinen vorgelagerten Insel Öhe hat eine unverwechselbare Vielfalt an Uferlandschaften und Tierreichtum. Auch für Angler sind die Gewässer um Schaprode ein Paradies – z. B. Großhechte in Hülle und Fülle (Schaprode ist seit je her ein Angler- und Fischerdorf).

How do damage deposits work?
