The Guthof Lutz is a delightful spot. The location on the "gateway to the Allgäu" is ideal. From here you can see both in the Tannheimer valley and the neighboring Allgäu. Everything seems close to that. Perfect for a spot of well-being and enjoyment. 21 underground parking spaces make the snow removal obsolete, even with severe winters. A large spa area in the attic, breakfast lounge, a tunnel to the leased restaurant guarantee enjoyment moments. Apartments with up to 75 square meters, fire-effect fire in every room and Physiotherm infrared panels in each shower create the perfect holiday home. Each apartment also has a south-facing balcony / terrace. Children love our playground surrounded by stunning mountain scenery and parents have the little darlings from the sun terrace is always in view. We will be happy to serve with hot or cold enjoying drinks. And of course we have a modern indoor playroom for the cool days. The Wannenjochbahn is not even 400 meters away and in the summer we give our guests the summer cable car ticket for free. Four lanes, beautiful height trails for children and quaint Eateries serving traditional food. Guthof Lutz apartments - for guests who appreciate quality, comfort, space as well as hospitality.

Why can't I call Andreas (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Andreas (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Andreas (the owner) a message.

If Andreas (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
