The Villa is located in Dikastika complex, Marathone near Shinia’s bay in 1000m2 plot with a stunning view of the Aegean along with a magnificent garden. This combination creates strong impressions, immediacy with nature and feelings of deep calmness, setting the scene for a lifetime vacation.

The resort is situated on a rocky gulf offering panoramic view to the deep blue of the Aegean sea and the Athenian sky. The area strictly composes of luscious residences providing a safe environment and respecting the privacy of the tenants.

The house is furnished tastefully in a luxurious country and casual style, inviting you to unwind and enjoy like few places can do. The house consists of three spacious bedrooms, one master bedroom, two bathrooms, one w.c. and a fully equipped modern kitchen, while the commodious living room has direct access to the garden. The external spaces offer plenty of amenities such as a large barbeque, ping-pong table and a basketball loop. In the middle of the one acre plot there is a pool(5x10) providing plenty of space for you to enjoy your swim while gazing the Aegean sea and having a drink.

For your convenience there is a mini market on a short distance in order to cover all your daily needs(delivery available).the sea lies 200m away ,with spots of deep blue crystal waters, surrounded by an edgy rocky environment for those of you who want to come close to nature and explore the seabed. Furthermore, on a 4km distance you will find the notorious Schinias bay, a 6 km-long sandy beach ideal for young kids and families to relax and enjoy the delightful sun. Here , there is an unparalleled list of options: cafes, restaurants ,beach bars, as well as water sport centers for volleyball, wind-surfing, tennis, etc. Treat yourself with fresh fish on the local taverns located on Schinias bay. F or nightlife you could visit Nea Makri center (15 minutes away from the villa with a car).

From this area, you will be able to organize day-trips to archeological sites, visit downtown Athens and explore the mystery of the capital of Greece..Archaeological sites, Natura national park, member of the NATURA 2000 network, as well as the Olympic rowing facilities are located nearby the complex.

In case you want to visit nearby islands, there are three ports close by, Agia Marina to Evvoia (15 minutes), Rafina (30 min) to Andros, Tinos and Mykonos, Piraeus (60 min) to all islands of Greece

The resort would be exquisite to host a group of 3-4 couples or 2 families.

A fabulous house, superbly equipped for family and friends. Padelis was very welcoming and helpful. We spent a wonderful couple of days at this beautiful retreat. I can't wait to go back.

How do damage deposits work?
