The house is located in the middle of the recreational area Pretzien / Plötzky around the Felsensee on the edge of the village Pretzien, which is located with its 900 inhabitants directly on the road of the Romanesque and the Elbe Cycle Route in a recreation and nature reserve. After only 5 minutes walk you can refresh yourself in the Felsensee or cycle for 5 minutes to the Tiefensee. Here you can dive in the quarry lake or dine in the restaurants. In addition, the surrounding area offers dozens of quarry lakes to explore, many of them suitable for swimming, fishing lakes or lakes for scuba diving. The whole area is surrounded by forests that are ideal for hiking or cycling. The state capital of Magdeburg is about 20 km away and the 10 km distant Schönebeck is also within easy reach. For more travel destinations, the tourist information in Pretzia can be visited. Directly opposite is a small shop, which also opened on Sundays. For larger purchases, the town of Gommern is 6 km away. The bungalow itself offers a private driveway for cars with a parking space on the property itself a kitchen with stove, dishwasher and microwave and a bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. In addition, a small bedroom with a sleeping accommodation, a large bedroom with a double bed and a cozy living room with terrace access, in which there is a TV with DVD player and a large couch, which can be pulled out for the night to a sofa bed and for up to 2 people a place to sleep. The terrace itself is covered and equipped with a table and seating, and there is also a barbecue to round off an adventurous day with a leisurely barbecue.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
