Villa di complessivi mq 200, recentemente ristrutturata e costituita da 3 appartamenti indipendenti: Appartamento "A"; Appartamento "B".

L'Appartamento “B”, ampio circa 80 mq, è distribuito su due livelli:

- piano terra composto da:

1 cucina/soggiorno con divano letto matrimoniale e ripostiglio;

1 bagno dotato di doccia ed adibito ai soggetti diversamente abili;

- Primo Piano composto da:

1 camera tripla composta da letto matrimoniale più letto singolo, completamente arredata e dotata di armadio climatizzata.

1 camera doppia e/o matrimoniale con armadio climatizzata;

1 bagno con doccia.

Totale posti letto 5 (più 1 divano letto matrimoniale)

La casa rurale si trova a soli 5 MINUTI dalla città, in contrada Piana ScunchipanI (sulla SS 115 Sud Occidentale Sicula e nei pressi della SS 624 Palermo-Sciacca) all'interno della Regia Trazzera denominata “4 Pileri”, in passato viale di ingresso della maestosa “Villa Venuti“ ultimata nel lontano 1792 e tutt'ora esistente.

Circondata dalla vegetazione tipica del luogo, si adagia su una bella pianura con prato verde e su un orticello biologico dove si ergono austeri e maestosi alberi secolari di ulivo che, con la loro suggestiva e armoniosa forma, sembrano essere i custodi naturali di tanta meraviglia.

E'un luogo dove la pace e la tranquillità regnano sovrani, lontano dal caos e dal rumore cittadino, ideale per le famiglie, per le coppie e, soprattutto, per le comitive che desiderano trascorrere una vacanza a contatto con la natura ed al tempo stesso avere la possibilità di raggiungere mete balneari o di alta valenza culturale.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Saverio (the owner) a message.

    If Saverio (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
