Our apartment Melograno is surrounded by olive groves and citrus trees recently renovated, ideal for relaxing holidays. The apartment has a surface of 40 m2, with private entrance via a terrace (30 m2) exposed the garden with table and chairs. Internally the new House remains ' ancient ' outside and this means very large walls that allow you to keep very fresh environments even during the hot summer days. Dining room with kitchen equipped with everything you need for cooking, bedroom, loft with two single beds, air conditioning, bathroom with shower. All rooms have been furnished with rustic style furniture, TV, wireless network. Ideal geographical context, we are in the middle of two very important archaeological sites such as Selinunte ' and the famous ' Valley of the temples ' as well as the ruins of Segesta. You can also visit the ' Erice and San Vito Lo Capo. You'll enjoy a panorama worthy of the best postcards.

    Alessandro e la sua famigliola, sono stati dei clienti davvero fantastici. Appena arrivati, è stato subito un continuo scambio di battute e informazioni, gentili e molto rispettosi della casa e degli arredi. Peccato averli avuti solo per due notti. E' sempre bello avere dei clienti come loro, e si gli affitterei volentieri di nuovo la casa.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send ANTONIA (the owner) a message.

    If ANTONIA (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
