From the owner

This loft, welcoming for two people, is located inside the farmhouse La terrazza sui ulivi. In a very panoramic setting among olive groves, carob trees and vineyards. The ideal place to immerse yourself in nature. The accommodation consists of a masonry kitchen area, a dining area and a bathroom with shower on the ground floor, while the sleeping area is located on a mezzanine that overlooks the dining area. Guests have access to a large veranda with barbecue, tables and chairs and a beautiful view of the olive grove, which allows you to enjoy peace and tranquility. A large parking area is available to guests. The house is located inside a small farm where oil, aromatic herbs and carob are produced. At guests' disposal there is a small vegetable garden and fruit trees. In addition to the spaces in the house, guests can walk in the vast grounds of the company and enjoy all the outdoor spaces, where different relaxation areas are set up, respecting the other guests. In the same house there is another loft that can be rented simultaneously with other people with whom you will share the common areas. Guests can also take advantage of the spaces and services of the nearby cycling and food and wine info point Sicily Bike Routes, where it will be possible to rent bicycles and ride in the surrounding countryside, book guided bike tours and cooking classes at the house or in local facilities . Upon arrival our guests will find fruit from the garden as a gift, a bottle of our organic oil and other typical local products! Bicycles and mountain bikes, tips and tourist guides for your excursions by bicycle or on foot. Sheets and towels are available for free to our guests.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Sara (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
