This 80 square meter villa is characterized by its quiet location and being just 250 meters away from the beautiful pebble beach Mazzo di Sciacca. The house is surrounded by 1000 square meters of garden with fruit trees and ocean view. There are two bedrooms with double beds and ventilators. You can also find a single sofa bed in the living / dining area. In the outside you find seats for 5 people for a relaxing holiday. The bathroom is equipped with a bidet, shower, wash basin, toilet and hairdryer. The kitchen has plenty of cooking utensils, a TV, fridge / freezer, oven and a dining table.
There are also two outdoor showers, laundry, dryer and outdoor sink. In a rustic covered seating area you find a wood burning stove for real pizza experience and a barbecue. The various outdoor areas allow either sitting in the shade or enjoying the sun.
There is also aircondition on request. The costs are 50 Euro per week.
The car can be parked on the property.
The distance to the ocean is about 250 meters; the village of Scopello and the Riserva dello Zingaro are about 1 km away.
The two airports Palermo and Trapani can be reached in 30 minutes by car.

In den zwei Schlafzimmern mit Doppelbetten und Ventilatoren sowie einer Einzelschlafcouch im Wohn-/Essbereich finden 5 Personen Platz für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Das Badezimmer ist mit Bidet, Dusche, Wachbecken, WC und Fön ausgestattet. Die Wohnküche verfügt über ausreichend Kochutensilien, einen Fernseher, Kühl-/Gefrierkombination, Backofen und Esstisch.
Außerdem gibt es zwei Außenduschen, Waschmaschine, Wäscheständer und Außenwaschbecken. In einer rustikalen überdachten Sitzecke befindet sich ein Holzofen für echtes Pizza-Vergnügen und ein Barbecue. Die verschiedenen Außenbereichen ermöglichen es sowohl im Schatten zu sitzen als auch ein Sonnenbad zu genießen.
Das Auto kann direkt auf dem Grundstück geparkt werden.

Die beiden Flughäfen Palermo und Trapani sind in 30 Autominuten zu erreichen.
