A short drive from the heart of Old Town Scottsdale, this ground floor condo offers convenience, resort style amenities, and contemporary furnishing all within a safe and quiet neighborhood.

Two community swimming pools and a jacuzzi make this condo a dream for families and couples. While houses and other complexes are on either side of the Scottsdale Hacienda property, large privacy hedges keep the property relatively secluded.

The interior was renovated and decorated with a rock wall in the living room and kitchen, granite counters and stainless steel appliances and an open floor plan for entertaining groups.

BEDROOMS:

The master suite contains its own private access to a charming patio overlooking a green lush garden lawn. There is a 32" flat screen TV and a Serta pillow top mattress with firm support. The second bedroom has it's own bathroom, a full size Sealy pillow top mattress and a removable pillow topper for extra softness. Both beds are draped in designer sheets with both Temperpedic pillows, standard and down pillows for the perfect nights sleep.

If you have additional guests, the couch is very comfortable. There is also an air mattress.

LIVING ROOM:

The living area has a modular foam coach which can sleep one extra person. There is also a 42" flat screen TV, blu ray player and DVD library. You may never want to leave the condo!

KITCHEN:

The kitchen features gorgeous stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, chef rated knives and all the cookware you could ever want amongst curious kitchen gadgetry. Small appliances include a blender, a George Foreman grill, a crock pot, toaster and coffee maker.

PATIO:

The charming patio is open and looks out onto a community grassy landscape with BBQ grills, walkways and trees. Have your breakfast out on the patio table; seated on plush cushioned chairs surrounded by exotic desert plants. The community residents are friendly and will say hello to you as they walk their dogs to the private dog park tucked into the corner of the complex.

LAUNDRY:

There is a full size washer and dryer in the garage.

PARKING:

The one car garage is separate from the condo so that you don't hear it opening and closing while you are sleeping. It is steps away from the front door. The one car garage will accommodate your economy sized car. If you bring a larger vehicle, you can park it in the unassigned parking lots situated around the complex.

BBQ: There are community charcoal grills steps away from the back patio. The condo is stocked with an electric grill and BBQ utensils.

The location, the amenities, the furnishings all at an affordable price make this condo the best bang for your buck.

MAPS and GUIDES: Inside the condo there is a binder with maps of the surrounding areas, things to do and places to shop for groceries, banks, dining and so on. There are also maps for the free trolly service.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Candice (the owner) a message.

If Candice (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
