LIVING ROOM: Stylish living room features a feather stuffed couch that is deep enough to sleep another guest.

ENTERTAINMENT: Enjoy the 42 inch, HDMI TV. The TV is attached to a blue ray player that can stream Hulu, Netflix, Youtube entertainment options. You can also play DVDs, CDs and Blue Ray DVDs. If you like, you can attach your lap top to the TV and use the TV as a large monitor. There is HIGH SPEED CABLE INTERNET with WI-FI access through out.

MASTER BEDROOM: The master bedroom offers a firm, queen plush top spirng mattress. Enjoy the 39' flat-screen TV from bed. Wake up in the morning and open the Arcadia doors to the back patio. Have your breakfast seated at a comfortable cushioned patio table set surrounded by exotic desert plants, overlooking the pool!

SECOND BEDROOM: The second bedroom has a full size spring pillow top mattress. Find an assortment of pillows for your stomach or side sleeper. Get a perfect nights sleep with black out curtains.

BATHROOMS: Each bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub, a curved shower rods for extra shower space, granite counter-tops and stocked with towels.

ARTWORK: Many of the original paintings were created by me, while some are from my private art collection.

THE COMPLEX: The complex is charming and well maintained with lush desert landscaping. Enjoy full access to two swimming pool areas and a spa.

DOGS: Your hypo-allergenic furry friend is welcome so long as they are over 4 years old and under 18lbs.Tucked into the pocket of the complex is a private dog park with tiered balconies overlooking a green wash.

BBQs: There are community charcoal grills steps away from the back patio. Your condo is also furnished with a BBQ grill on the patio, an electric counter top grill and grilling utensils.

PARKING: Park in your own private garage. Keep in mind the garage is cozy so leave your full size truck or SUV at home. You can also park in one of the many uncovered parking lots.

NEIGHBORHOOD: This is a quiet complex tucked back at the end of a dead end street. You can walk to a popular park nearby or drive around the corner to a major grocery store and Lowes Hardware. Shopping and nightlife is just a few miles away in Old Town Scottsdale. Or if you prefer, take the free neighborhood trolly that takes you to downtown Scottsdale.

I am very responsive to my guests. Since I live 15 minuets away I am happy to come over whenever you need anything. I will send you directions a week prior to your arrival, the lock box code the day of your arrival and a welcome call within 24 hours of your arrival. I usually will call you the day of your departure to say goodbye and for feedback. Feel free to call, text or email me at anytime before, during or after your stay.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Candice (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
