Set in a large corner position in a mature, quiet and affluent area of Sea Caves, this three bedroom / one en-suite that sleeps six single storey detached Cyprus holiday villa has been designed, furnished and landscaped to the highest standards. The Winning Post has a private pool with roman steps, air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, enclosed garden with great sea views. **Wi-Fi and IPTV included **

**Please note that this property can be accessed at any time after 3pm on arrival day so don't worry if you have a late flight. You will be met locally by the property manager. We can arrange taxi transfer by our own driver who knows where the property is and assist with car hire from the airport if desired. The property is professionally managed (you will always have a contact) and has linen changes and cleaning on a weekly basis. Air-Conditioning is included in the rental price as is a welcome pack of basic essentials for your arrival.**

On entering the villa itself, you immediately sense the modern clean lines and smart design features. The lounge has a Flat Screen TV with Satellite/IPTV; DVD player, and is accompanied by a comfortable wicker style sofa and matching chair. The breakfasting area has 4 high backed chairs with round table to seat 4. The kitchen is well equipped with fitted units , granite work surfaces and tiled splashbacks. Major appliances include a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven hob and hood and microwave.

As the villa is all on one level (great for elderly or infirm), access to each of the 3 bedrooms can be gained from adjacent hallway. The third bedroom is a twin with 2 large single sized beds and fitted wardrobes. The second bedroom hosts and king-sized bed and fitted wardrobes. The Master Bedroom with patio doors, has a prime position overlooking the private pool and benefits not only from the fitted wardrobes but an en-suite shower room with walk-in shower in a modern style. . A family bathroom with bath and shower over completed the internal section of the villa. The villa is fully air-conditioned, has fly screens fitted throughout and has a supply of fresh drinking water to the kitchen. There is an electronic safety deposit box and the water is heated by solar panels on the roof.Wi-Fi is included in the rental rate. Ipod Docking station

**The current IPTV system features most UK Sky channels (premium sports, documentaries, movies & music included) as well as many channels in German, Spanish and Russian. It also features a library of 250 movies and hundreds of TV series which is regularly updated.**

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views (see below for details), a barbecue. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting. Outside, as well as covered car port and driveway, the villa has an extremely generous landscaped garden featuring a 8m x 4m private pool with ample room for sunloungers (6 supplied) as well as an outdoor shower.. A large wooden pergola with woven fabric for extra shade and large table and chairs to seat 6 comfortably and adjacent stone built BBQ provides the ideal place for relaxing in the shade, taking in the views, alfresco dining and socialising with your party.

    Many thanks for taking the time to write feedback for us which we always greatly appreciate in order to improve what we offer. We have of course discussed all matters with the owners and we have published their response below: It was really unfortunate , a perfect storm of events that hit them unfortunately. We arrived the week after. We replaced the air con unit which was causing the electric to trip. The water pressure was reduced by Peyia council and returned to normal when we arrived (It affected most of the complex we are in unfortunately). The driveway tiles popped up in late June / July due to ongoing movement underneath and we are having to replace the entire driveway with resin. It should be done by end of October- it will look really nice when done. Hope that helps explain a bit. Regards.
