From the owner

We only rent this beach home to families, it is pet friendly and non smoking. At least a 7 day rental for our summer season. Off season weekend nad holiday rentals are considered for a 3 day minimum stay.

This 4-BR, 2-Bath home is the a 2-story of a duplex and just 3 short blocks to the most desired part of the Sea Isle city beach: completely remodeled. The house is located three houses from the bay on a quiet dead end street. At the end of the street is the United States Coast Guard Station. You can take fishing rods and crab traps that come with the house and try your luck. The house also comes with linens for the beds beach tags, bath towels, bicycles and beach chairs. The house is one of a kind on the island with 3 bedrooms on the first floor: a queen in the first room, a queen and single in the second room and two singles in the third room along with a full bath and laundry room. The master bedroom on the second floor has a queen bed with a master bathroom. The second floor living space has a pull out couch for additional bed space.There is a private large wrap around deck with beautiful views of the bay and sunsets.The deck also has a grill and a breakfast bar with a canopy for your morning coffee. The deck also features a 6 seat outdoor bar with a fridge and a 42 inch flat screen t.v under a covered canopy. Sit out on the deck and watch the boats go and the best sunset on the island.The beach house has flat screen t.v's in each bedroom and in e second floor living space. Most of the newer house that are being built you need to climb 2 flights of stairs to get to the living area so this home is elderly friendly as well. The house is conviently located and in walking distance to a small food market Blitz's at 86 and Central Sts., an ice cream shop Scoops at 83rd and Central St Nickelbys at 83rd and Central St where you can get your morning coffee and pastries and sandwiches for the beach and Sunset Pier Restaurant at 86th and the Bay for breakfast and lunch All of these places are within a 5-10 walk.

5900 Landis Ave Is a BYOB this restaurant just opened this year and we have tried it one time. The food was excellent along with the service. Go early and make reservations.

Lobster Loft

318 42nd Pl. Is a seafood restaurant that sits on the water. They have a happy hour with live entertainment with an older crowd.

Deauville Inn

201 Willard Rd Strathmere This is the place to watch all your sporting events with 36 TVs. There is fine dining and outside seating on the water

Sea Isle City is conveniently located midway between the glitz of Atlantic City and its Casinos to the north and the Nationally recognized Historic town of Cape May. A visit to either city is an approximate 30-45 minute drive.

The southern New Jersey Shore has much to offer our visitors including the boardwalks and amusements of Wildwood and Ocean City. Shopping via a short Cape May Lewes Ferry ride or the famous 'Walk' in Atlantic City and Boardwalk and Pier shopping. Historic Cold Spring Village is located just outside of Cape May. The Nationally Acclaimed Cape May County Zoo and Park is a 15 minute ride from Sea Isle City. Just south of Sea Isle City is Avalon and Stone Harbor with its 96th Street Shopping district offering many unique gift and clothing shops.

In Sea Isle City we offer wide and safe bathing beaches, great fishing & crabbing and some of the finest seafood restaurants in the area. Sea Isle offers several waterfront dining restaurants including the Lobster Loft, Mike's Seafood, Carmen's, Marie's Seafood and Pier 88 Family Restaurant. All of these offer a serene setting directly on the water. A walk on our Promenade or a trip downtown for shopping can be accommodated by our new Jitney service which provides an inexpensive family trip to and from most locations in town. Don't miss the exciting events and concerts at our new Excursion Park and Bandshell. Lots of free entertainment nightly including two movie nights for the entire family. For our youth we have the updated Dealy Field with Basketball, tennis, Baseball Fields, Hockey Courts, and a state of the art Playground. There really is something for everyone in Sea Isle City and our season is active from April until November.
