Hall Farm Cottages has 5 self-catering properties set in the grounds of Hall Farm. Grooms Cottage is part of the Stable Block in the grounds of Hall Farm.

Set in the pretty village of Sedgeberrow at the foot of the Cotswolds, Grooms Cottage has beautiful views over hills and fields. In the Heart of England, just 30 miles from Birmingham, 50 from Bristol and 100 from London, the cottage is easily accessible from just about anywhere, and an ideal place from which to explore the Cotswolds and surrounding areas or merely relax in the garden, swim in the pool, or try a spot of fishing along the riverbank!

This beautiful barn conversion awaits you with peace and quiet prevailing. The cottage contains a wealth of original features including exposed beams and bricks, whilst creating an extremely well-equipped and comfortable space to allow you to get the most out of your well-earned holiday.

The main garden has tables and chairs for the cottage and is fenced in for the safety of children, whilst the extended grounds include an orchard (help yourself to fruit) and a large expanse of lawn. Children are extremely welcome and we will endeavour to accommodate your requests for baby/child related things such as cot / high chair.

We ensure that your stay is made as easy as possible with kitchen essentials (cling film, washing up liquid, dishwasher tabs etc), bathroom essentials (toilet roll, shampoo, soap etc) and little extras such as hand soap for you.

Luxurious bedrooms have crisp white linen, fluffy pillows and feather duvets (non-feather duvets available on request).

Grooms Cottage is situation in The Stable Block at Hall Farm, Sedgeberrow.

On your arrival you can expect a warm welcome with tea/coffee and a bottle of wine beckoning.

Due to the Covid-19 situation we have sadly had to remove many non-essential items so that you may find the cottage looks rather sparse with fewer items on the shelves, no cushions on the bed and chairs etc. We have also had to remove all games, books and dvds, so do please bring your own!

The pool is open in the summer and we ask you to just be aware of the other guests around you and to ensure that you have cleaned any items you have used, and obviously do use the hand gel provided!

We found the cottage came up to the standard as advertised and we were warmly welcomed by the Manager. A nice place for children with a play area and animals to watch.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Rebecca (the owner) a message.

If Rebecca (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
