Better than a hotel, better than a time share. Upgrade your vacation and stay in a large, well appointed upscale town home located in beautiful Sedona, Arizona.

We purchased this townhome in June, 2014. We then purchased the townhome right next door in 2015 so we now have two units connected to each other! This is great if you have a large group or family as you can rent both units and have the perfect spot to hold a large get together. The two units can accommodate up to 12 people. Gather out back for BBQ's or just sit around the table and chairs talking and enjoying the stars.

This vacation rental features two master suites, each with its own private balcony, flat screen TV's and en-suite full bathrooms. There is also a large gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, all new stainless steel appliances, pots, pans and anything else you might need... It even comes with a coffee grinder and fresh coffee beans! The living space has been customized for the pickiest of travelers who want modern amenities as well as the comforts of home. In addition to free Wi-Fi, all of the three TVs are Samsung Smart TVs so you'll be able to sign in to your Netflix, Amazon, etc. There's even a wireless speaker; simply sync your iPhone, iPod or other mobile device to enjoy your own music while away from home. It has been recently updated with all new furniture, appliances and everything else in between! And, most importantly, there are gorgeous views of the red rocks from every room!Located in "The Village of Oak Creek" portion of Sedona, you're sure to enjoy the quaintness of this town. Enjoy the brand new bike path and walkway directly outside the condo. Stroll across the street to enjoy freshly baked goods or Starbuck's Coffee at the Desert Flour Bakery. Dine out at the Cucina Rustica, the award winning Italian restaurant just one half mile away. And no matter where you go, remember to look left, right, frontwards or back to enjoy the 360 degree views of the gorgeous red rocks of Sedona.

Why can't I call Phil (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Phil (the owner) a message.

If Phil (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
