Relax in the private resort-like walled backyard offering views of Thunder Mountain and discover all the comforts of home inside the airy 2,300-square foot southwestern-chic interior. Perfect location - walk to many of Sedona’s best restaurants, spas, and ATV/bike rentals. Access many popular trailheads within minutes.

Return after a long day of hiking to your very own escape on a private ½ acre with walled backyard adorned by lush greenery. Jump into the hot tub, play a game of corn hole or stargaze around the wood burning fire pit. Enjoy a nightcap under the covered patio or in one of the several seating areas. Subtle landscape lighting will illuminate your evenings outdoors.

Step inside the open-concept living space and unwind on the Crate & Barrel furnishings after a long day of traveling. Turn on the gas fireplace, gather the group and play one of the many board games, or simply stream your favorite shows on the 60-inch flat-screen Smart TV with cable.

Prepare a meal for the group in the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and outside gas grill. Dine inside or outdoors under the stars--you will find plenty of seating for 8+. A high chair is also provided for the smallest guests.

Enjoy a restful night's sleep in the cozy bedrooms with extra soft linens. Three of the four bedrooms have smart TV’s with a Netflix log-in provided. The master bedroom is private, located away from the other rooms and boasts a California king bed, a couch, Smart TV, gas fireplace, and en-suite bathroom. A 7-foot couch in the master can provide additional sleeping for little ones. The Pack n' Play can be used in any room.

Larger parties please inquire - our neighbor across the street has a beautiful one bedroom (sleeps 2). We can send their listing and check dates for you.

LOCATION DETAILS:

Although tucked away in a quiet West Sedona neighborhood, this home is within walking distance to grocery stores, spas, restaurants, ATV and bike rentals. You are a short walk to the Arizona -Shuttle stop in Sedona. This resort-style shuttle provides transport to and from Phoenix airport and is perfect for guests arriving separate from the group. West Sedona is ideal as you will be able to avoid the traffic that can be a nuisance in the uptown and chapel areas.

You will be in the center of it all, with hiking and access to trail heads in every direction. West Sedona is ideal for access to some of the areas best hiking trails. Book a Pink Jeep Tours or a ride with Red Rock Balloons. You will also find the best restaurants and spas close by including Mariposa, where you can take in stunning panoramic views. You'll only be 3 miles to uptown Sedona where you can spend the day browsing shops and art galleries. For an experience that can't be missed, head to Tlaquepaque Arts and Crafts Village where you will find the work of local fine artisans and charming dining options.

Just 12 minutes away, you will find the Sedona Arts Center, the oldest Art Center in Northern Arizona. Sedona hosts several local events including the Sedona International Film Festival, Sedona Jazz on the Rocks and the Sedona Solstice Festival. Be sure to check the local events calendar to see whats happening during your stay.

Take a drive up Oak Creek Canyon and stop at Slide Rock, the famous natural waterslide carved into the red rocks, only 15 minutes from the house. The Sedona Public Pool, is also only a three minute drive from the house and provides panoramic red rock views while cooling off.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Stephen (the owner) a message.

If Stephen (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
