This villa, close to the medieval village of Seillans (2.5 km), offers you the chance to spend your holiday at one with outdoor pursuits (horse riding, Terre Blanche golf club), nautical pursuits on Saint-Cassien Lake (18 km) and aerial pursuits at the Fayence-Tourrettes gliding centre. Seillans attracts with its quietness, winding lanes, arched passageways and the blend between landscape and stone. This large property located in the interior of the Var department enjoys an unobstructed view of the valley and is only 35 km from the sea.

This property enjoys a 5,000 m2 plot with a very well maintained garden whose sloping relief creates a unique environment. A large parking area can accommodate 5 cars and one can be under shelter. A beautifully dimensioned swimming pool, a pétanque strip and a table tennis table will allow you to spend an unforgettable holiday. All this is finished off by several terraces, the large covered one adjoining the kitchen will enable you to gather together for a meal.

You enter directly into the large living room through the lounge with a fireplace, study area and reading space. On the left there is the TV room, a separate WC and a bedroom with a large double bed with an adjoining bathroom, private WC and fan. Also on the ground floor on the right you will find the dining room with a large and well-equipped open-plan kitchen and a laundry. All these rooms open directly to the outside. On the first floor there are three bedrooms with fans, two have large double beds and an adjoining bathroom with a private WC in each, and one with a large double bed with a shower room with a WC located opposite in the hallway. From the lounge, you can go down to the lower level where there is a shower room with a WC and a studio with large double bed and two single beds which open out onto a private terrace.
